This guide covers the process for forwarding all calls from your MSOE deskphone to a different number such as a cellphone.

  1. If off campus; connect to the global protect VPN. If you don't have it installed please follow this guide first.
  2. Once connected to the VPN, open a web browser and navigate to
  3. Please login with your MSOE username and password
    • Your username is just the first part of your email address.

    4. Once logged in navigate to the "Phones" tab and then the "Call Forwarding" subtab

    5. Within the call forwarding section please find your extension and check the "Forward all calls to" checkbox.

    6. In the field next to the checkbox click the down arrow on the right and click "Add a new Number"

    7. Enter the phone number you wish to forward to.

  • All external numbers have to start with "91" just like dialing from your desk phone.
  • Example 91 + 1234567890

To remove call forwarding the future all that must be done is the unchecking of the "forward all calls to" checkbox. Otherwise it can also be disabled on the phone itself.
