Withdrawing students must return their provided MSOE laptop and charger to IT.




The laptop and accessories may be returned to MSOE IT Help Desk by appointment, MSOE Public Safety 24/7, or at the Human Resources Department during hours of operation

    Submit a ticket to the Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@msoe.edu to schedule an appointment. 

    State that you are withdrawing and need to drop off your laptop with the original charger

Arriving at the Help Desk

    Your laptop and accessories will be scanned and a signature from you will be required.  ** personal stylus required **



If the student is not on campus, it is their responsibility to return the computer to MSOE IT Help Desk.

NOTE: Any damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the sender. The MSOE Laptop program requires that you insure the laptop package for $1,000 when shipping it to MSOE. Please include your name and student ID number in the shipping box when returning the laptop.
