Laptop Return Procedure for Withdrawing Students
Withdrawing students must return their MSOE-provided laptop and charger to IT.
In-Person Return:
The laptop and accessories may be returned to the IT Help Desk during our regular business hours, or to Public Safety 24/7. For the full help desk hours, please refer to this article.
No matter where you are returning your laptop, please make sure to bring the laptop, charger, and stylus (if your laptop came with one). Failure to return any of these items will result in a fee. If you would prefer, you can schedule an appointment to return your laptop at it.bookings.msoe.edu. When your laptop is dropped off at the help desk, we will sign your withdrawal form.
Mail-In:
If you cannot return your laptop in person, you will need to mail it to the help desk. Please mail the laptop to the following address, insured for $1500:

NOTE: Any damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the sender. Please include your name and student ID number in the shipping box when returning the laptop.
