1. Log into my.msoe.edu to find the link to the Maintenance & Custodial ticketing system in the Quick Links section.
  2. Enter your MSOE email and your password for the maintenance ticketing system. (This might not be the same password as your MSOE password).  The Forgot Password? link will send a password reset email to your MSOE email address. The IT Department does not have the ability to reset this password, please use the link.








  3. Fill out the request form. Step 1 should already be filled out for you. Anything marked with ais required.


  4. Select the problem type by clicking on the icon next to the department.


  5. Continue filling out the remaining parts of the form. Give a brief and concise description. Provide the time that you will be available if this requires you to be there (You must put something in that field in order to submit the request).
    The submittal password is: raiders      


  6. Click Submit. Congratulations! Your maintenance ticket has been submitted!
