Downtime Notice – MSOE IT has the following planned maintenance schedule. During this time, the following network resources or applications may be unavailable during the listed times. Please make note of this schedule and plan around it. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
RESOLVED Wednesday August 31st – MSOEcert Wifi
Connections to MSOEcert wifi network were not available for some people during this time. We are investigating the root cause.
Start Time: early morning of 8/31
End time: 9:30am issue resolved
Impact: MSOE and MSOE-Guest wifi networks are a workaround
Friday August 19th – Campus Internet
Upgrades to campus network equipment will require downtime for the campus Internet connection.
Time: 5pm - 7pm
Impact: During this maintenance, we expect a brief downtime for the campus Internet connection. For those on-campus, you won't be able to access Internet resources, and services that rely on Internet resources such as Jenzabar, Box, Email, O365, etc. For those off-campus, you won't be able to remotely access on-campus resources via VPN such as Jenzabar, file server, software license servers.
Tuesday August 16th – Follow You Printing
Upgrades to the Follow You Printing servers.
Time: 7pm - 11pm
Impact: During this maintenance, you may not be able to print to Follow You printers.
Sunday August 7th – All CollegeNet Applications
Time: 12 Noon
Duration: 9 hours
Impact: Affected Services: All Series25 tools, both Production and Test instances, including:
- 25Live
- Series25 LYNX Interface
- 25Live Reports
- Group Administration
- 25Live Publisher
- X25 Analytics
- Schedule25 Optimizer
- Series25 Pricing
- Series25 Data Import
