Downtime Notice – MSOE IT has the following planned maintenance schedule. During this time, the following network resources or applications may be unavailable during the listed times. Please make note of this schedule and plan around it. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Week 1 & Week 2 - Students: Prepare for MFA and Win a Free Yubikey Security Key

Signup on myMSOE (my.msoe.edu > Students > IT Policy > IT Forms) for a chance to win one of thirty Yubikey 5 NFC security keys.

Also, to prepare for MFA and to improve your password reset experience, make sure to have backup Security Info setup. Please see Adding MFA Methods and Single Sign-On Features.

If you encounter any issues outside of the listed maintenance window, please report it to the IT Helpdesk for assistance.
