Downtime Notice – MSOE IT has the following planned maintenance schedule. During this time, the following network resources or applications may be unavailable during the listed times. Please make note of this schedule and plan around it. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Tuesday, November 9th – 11am - 4:30pm RESOLVED
Microsoft is experiencing service interruptions with their Single Sign-On infrastructure. This is causing some service interruptions for our SSO applications, primarily with newly initiated sign on requests. MSOE services that may be impacted include, MyMSOE, Office 365 Web Access, and Scheduler. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update when services are restored.
Tuesday, November 23rd – 5pm - 10pm - Jenzabar Upgrade
Upgrade to Jenzabar SQL server. You will be unable to reach the following services during maintenance:
- Jenzabar EX7
- my.msoe.edu
- myfinancialaid.msoe.edu
November 30th, Dec 1st, Dec 3rd - External Phone Service Outage
Our phone service provider, Spectrum, is performing work on the connection that provides our external phone service.
Start Time: Midnight each of the days
End Time: 5:00am each of the days
Impact: Calls within campus between extensions will work, but both incoming and outgoing calls from off-campus will be unavailable.
If you encounter any issues outside of the listed maintenance window, please report it to the IT Helpdesk for assistance.
